once-in-a-lifetime journey to one of the most remote and extraordinary places
in Australia – William Creek, the gateway to Lake Eyre and the Painted
Hills.

Over four unforgettable days, you’ll explore and photograph landscapes so vast and
untouched that the stars stretch from horizon to horizon. Experience skies so
dark that the Milky Way casts your shadow on the ground, and witness the
Earth’s shadow and the Belt of Venus rising in the twilight.

This exclusive small-group workshop combines optional aerial photography flights (optional)
over Lake Eyre and the Painted Hills with expert-led
astrophotography sessions under Bortle-1 skies. Star trackers will be
provided, and you’ll receive hands-on training to help take your
astrophotography to the next level - from wide-field Milky Way panoramas to
deep-space imaging techniques.
