Travel with Australian Geographic for extraordinary
experiences from a different perspective!

With a small private group you’ll explore all the major habitats of the Northern Territory’s Top End region (Darwin, Kakadu National Park and Katherine) to seek specialty bird species including Gouldian finches, black-banded fruitdove and rainbow pitta. With over 300 bird species in the region, it truly is a birdwatcher’s paradise.

You’ll get away from the crowds during a privately-guided birdwatching cruise on Ramsar-listed World Heritage wetlands and visit several ancient aboriginal rock art sites, making it a very fascinating way to birdwatch. We practice ethical birdwatching guidelines to minimise our impact on the places we visit.
