Small but mighty, Little Penguins are helping scientists understand what's going on in the ocean. The "Meet the Penguins" documentary, screened on the ABC, featured as a guest research scientist based at Phillip Island Nature Parks - Paula Wasiak.


Join Paula on this exclusive Australian Geographic Travel tour on Phillip Island where the documentary was filmed and which is home to the largest Little Penguin colony in the world. 

Paula will give you an experts insight into the life of the Little Penguins and the issues and threats they are currently facing and the most recent research into protecting the species.

Following Paula's discussion you will join your ranger for an informative journey through the penguin colony, enjoying their commentary via your personal headset. Take your seat in the wonderfully located beachfront viewing stand offering superb viewing of the penguins emerging from the water and crossing the beach.
